CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE RECIPE

1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup of peanut butter chips
2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1.
Heat oven to 300 °F.

2.
Stir together butter, graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, and sugar in medium bowl; press firmly onto
bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

3.
In a small microwave bowl add the peanut butter chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Take chip out
of microwave and stir. If more time is needed to melt the chips, put back into the microwave and again
on high, microwave the chips but now at 15 second increments stirring after every 15 seconds until smooth
and melted. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk
and melted chips until all smooth and well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared crust.

4.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until cheesecake springs back when lightly touched. Cool on wire rack before
refrigerating.

5.
Garnish with whipped topping or chocolate pieces.
