KENTUCKY BOURBON BALLS RECIPE

2 cups chopped pecans
2 pounds confectioners sugar
1 package unsweetened chocolate
1 square paraffin
1 cup bourbon
1/2 cup butter

1.
Pour bourbon over pecans and let stand over night.

Cream together sugar and butter. Add nuts and bourbon mixture. Refrigerate until mixture shape
s easily into balls. After shaping into balls, put back in the refrigerator to cool and firm up.

3.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin. Stir until chocolate completely melted and mixture is smooth.

4.
Dip chilled balls into chocolate mixture.

5.
Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens. Store in a covered container.
