COCONUT CHUTNEY RECIPE
Ingredients:
1/2 coconut grated
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp yellow lentil (urad daal)
2 dry red chilies
5-6 curry leaves
2 tbsps oil
Salt to taste

Start by adding the grated coconut to a food processor. Process into a
fine paste.

Add 2 tablespoons oil to a small sauce pan. After heating the oil, add the curry leaves,
dry red chilies, mustard seeds, and yellow lentils. Stir occasionally and cook until the
red chilies turn to a dark color.

Remove from heat and add to the coconut paste. Add salt until you reach the
desired taste.
