ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE

Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste
1 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
2 Tbsps. olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken stock

Directions

Rub both sides of chicken breasts with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Press fennel
seed firmly into chicken. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken 3
minutes per side. Add wine and cover skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5
