TUNA SEASHELL BAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 cup shell macaroni, uncooked
vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons margarine, divided
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced green pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuff olives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Start by cooking macaroni according to the directions on the package.
Drain, and set aside.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add 1 teaspoon margarine and
place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and green pepper, saute until tender.
Remove the onion mixture from the skillet and set aside.

Melt remaining margarine in skillet. Add flour, and cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly. Gradually add milk and continue to cook over medium heat until
mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in pasta, onion mixture,
and tuna. Then add in chili sauce, olives, salt, basil, oregano, and
red pepper. Stir well.

Place the tuna mixture into a 2-quart baking dish that has been coated
with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
